Currently, I oversee the development and implementation of operational standards to enhance the quality of patient care and grow the business.

We are a pair of business partners that have been working together for over 8 years designing, and leading highly successful, large scale strategic transformation projects. We learned a lot about the different issues that often present in projects like this and realized that our combined skills were really powerful at navigating these normal pitfalls of project execution. We both have a passion for strategic problem solving and driving meaningful change while enhancing the experience and culture of the team involved.
